Seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Assistant within a
fast paced, growing insurance agency in Melville, New York.
MUST have ability to assist, expedite, and service accounts/issues as
needed in regard to primarily issuing Policy Change Requests,
Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Property, ID Cards, Binders,
etc..; Additionally, responsible to assist Broker in renewal/new
business submissions and marketing MUST have ability to problem solve
and work under time constraints:
Adapt to fast paced, high volume diversified portfolio consisting
mostly of Commercial Accounts (high concentration in Real Estate,
Professional, Contractors, etc.) MUST be extremely detailed oriented,
organized and follow agency procedure/templates MUST have 2 years
MINIMUM Commercial Insurance Customer Service experience Would be a
plus for candidate to have ability to possess knowledge of Applied
Systems/TAM Agency Management System P&C License a plus.
